1 T garlic powder
1 T chili powder
½ T salt
½ T ground cumin
½ T paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/3 C honey
2 t apple cider vinegar
8 chicken breast halves
Combine spices and cover chicken with them. Cook in greased pan at 375° for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine honey and vinegar. Pour over chicken and cook 10 more minutes.

I usually only do 4 chicken breast halves and I save the other half of the spice mix for the next time. But I don’t halve the honey vinegar mixture. The juice is good to dip the chicken in at dinner time! I think this chicken goes well with baked yams.
