1-2 lb Hamburger
1 Onion
5 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Celery with leaves, chopped
3 cans Tomato sauce
1 can Diced tomato
1 Tbsp Basil
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 jalapeno, chopped (optional, seeds also optional)
Brown hamburger with onion, celery, garlic, jalapeƱo, if you want a chunky version. For a smoother version, blend veggies with some tomato sauce. Simmer all together until mealtime. Salt and pepper to taste.
I forgot to add the 5 cloves of garlic ioto the list of ingredients!
